You can reset your login password from the BitForex website or App. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after password reset.
Step 1.
1. Go to BitForex.com and click [Log in].
If you are using the mobile device, click [Log in].
Step 2.
On the login page, click [Forgot Password?].
Step 3.
Fill in your registered Phone number or Email address and click [Next].
Step 4.
Fill in and confirm your new login password, Click [Send] to completed the SMS/GA/Email authentication.
- The new login password must meet the following conditions:
- At least 8 digits
- Include at least one capital letters
- Include at least one lowercase characters
- Include at least one numbers
- No spaces
Step 5.
Click [OK].
Password reset successfully.
