At present, due to the characteristics of the GRIN, unstable network at the time of withdrawal may result in the unrecognized and failed withdrawals. We will continue to try to process your withdrawals. If it is still unsuccessful, we will cancel your withdrawal, please change your deposit address and re-apply for withdrawal.
(a) I have withdrawn from the mining pool to BitForex, why is there no immediate deposit?
At present, the cooperative mining pool includes Spark Pool, F2Pool, uupool, BTC.COM. BitForex has co-operated with major mining pools to mass transfer daily. All the transfer from mining pool will be docked once at a specific time on the day. Therefore, if you deposit on someday, your deposit will arrive on the next day. BitForex will complete the transaction as soon as the bill is received.
(b) Withdrawals from the wallet, other exchanges, other mining pools:
At present, GRIN deposit is automated. Users need to correctly fill out in the required information on the GRIN deposit page of the official website (Txid, deposit amount are very important!)
Possible problem: The amount of deposit is incorrect (please fill in the details [deposit amount = transfer amount - handling fee], up to 8 decimal places)
Recently some users are encountering the failure of transfer while withdrawing Grin from BitForex due to the wallet is offline or incorrect withdrawal addresses. Please note the following questions:
1. Due to the unstable connection, please contact with other exchange customer service or check their deposit page for more hints (For instance: Kucoin, etc) when your withdrawal has been refused.
2. BitForex only supports the Grin withdrawal addresses with https format, please keep your wallet online to make the withdrawal go smoothly.
